2015 our founder sold over 100 doors of smaller unit apartments in the Green Bay area and all of these units were value added properties. Our founder consults. Rents went up improvements were made and by 2017 they were all sold again with substantial gains. In fact single handedly our founder sold more “real” (4+ unit designed as an apartment since construction parcels) than anybody else in the area in those times.
